Osteoporosis and types of arthritis is the subject of this particular discussion, and it is a very grievous plaguing type disease for America. Osteoporosis is the thinning of the bones, or the bones becoming porous.
Osteoarthritis is a degenerative bone joint disease, and both are very related as far as what’s going on with the body, therefore, the way we assist in healing these areas, or bringing reform to these areas are pretty much the same way from a nutritional standpoint.. We need to understand that as we continue to experience a low body pH, that means an acidosis condition, the brain, who is in charge of running all the systems of the body, will eventually have to start melting the bones in order to get the Calcium it needs to neutralize the body’s low acid state to try to bring it up into a more alkaline state in order to manage general systems flow of the body. It has to bring the alkaline up in order to help digest food, and to keep the blood pH at 7.4 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, however, if you’re not taking the proper amounts of Calcium, Magnesium, Boron, Vitamin D, and other things that the body needs in order to keep those bones strong and healthy, and a surplus amount for the brain and the body to use in doing its daily work, then the brain has to make a decision to basically extract these nutrients from the bone, and primarily from the joint areas in order to complete and fulfill the work of the low body pH, or the acidosis condition.
I want to refer you first, to the vitamin and mineral combination called the Complete Body Balance Kit which is 13 primary minerals with all the multi-vitamins, but on top of that, when you’re dealing with osteoporosis, you will need to do some extra stuff. A little extra dose of the Calcium-Magnesium for example, en extra ½ ounce a day over and above the Complete Body Balance Kit. You need to look at the need for a little extra Boron, a teaspoon a day extra, and a little extra Vitamin D from Cod Liver Oil. You need to be getting at least 800 IU’s (international units) a day of Vitamin D over and above what is in your multi-vitamin. I would strongly suggest a lot of extra Sulfur. Sulfur, MSM, the water soluble Sulfur, is an incredible pain reliever on this front to help put the connective tissues back in place, and when I say extra MSM, extra Sulfur, I highly recommend that in the beginning you take 2 to 4 ounces a day for a while until you get some relief on pain. Now everyone is different, and different amounts may be required, so as you start feeling the body’s needs for it you can decrease that amount until your pain stays in check in the area where you want it to be. Take l teaspoon of Molybdenum for every ounce of Sulfur above your first ounce, daily.
I would highly recommend doing some little simple things such as taking fish oil, a 1000 mg three times a day as it has a very stimulating effect on knocking the inflammation of those joints down, and cod liver oil has the same effect, a tablespoon once or twice a day has a great effect once again getting the inflammation of that joint area down. Apple cider vinegar, a couple of tablespoons a day along with the mineral product called Gold also has the effect of knocking down joint inflammation. I would highly recommend getting off of caffeine because it helps pain to intensify, plus it leaks Calcium out of the body, and you certainly don’t need to lose any more Calcium if you’re having an osteoporosis type condition.
I recommend a pack of plain unflavored Knox Gelatin at nighttime before you go to bed because your body will require some extra collagen, and that’s what you will get out of this Knox Gelatin. Take a lot of extra Vitamin C with it, 2 to 3,000 mg a day if you have this condition and this will help strengthen the collagen. The collagen that you’re taking in plus the collagen that your body is building, and the extra amounts of Vitamin C will help strengthen it. You get most of your healing in your first hour of deep rem sleep, so your body will take the collagen and all the nutrients that it needs, Zinc, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, Molybdenum, MSM, Boron, and it will put them all together in a nice mix to start a patchwork type repair on those joints, but you do not want those joints to deteriorate the next day. You want that repair to stick so that the next evening when your body starts to make these repairs all over again it does not have to re-do the repairs it made the night before.
Vitamin E is an oil based vitamin that is very needed in that lubricating effect, at least 800 IU to1, 200 IU’s a day of a good natural form of Vitamin E, and I prefer in this case a mixed tocopherol, and then of course cold pressed olive oil, a tablespoon twice a day will bring some lubricating effect to these joints, and give you some of your omega oils, a very wonderful product in every respect.
Something else for pain that you can give a try which has been very beneficial, and a lot of research has been done, is a derivative of Vitamin B-3 called niacinamide. This is for some serious situations, so take 1,000 mg three times a day. Now everybody is not going to be able to handle that much niacinamide, because it may give you a nauseated type feeling. If it does, back it down, but up to that per day and if you have a chronic pain situation of osteoporosis it can give you some pretty incredible relief in a lot of situations.
When dealing with osteoporosis we’ve dealt with a lot of nutrients already, now we want to talk about some other possibilities when it comes to pain relief such as food allergies. There is some very general knowledge on this joint pain inflammation that’s caused by certain foods. Your situation could be different from everyone else, but when it comes to this particular disease some of the foods that seems to have a more pain given effect is what we call night shade vegetables, and I’m talking primarily of tomatoes, potatoes, and peppers. Not necessarily black pepper, but all the other peppers. These are considered to be night shade vegetables, and it’s been recorded in a lot of research that these particular vegetables cause inflammation thus pain. So you may want to limit the amount of night shade vegetables you eat for a number of days, and see how much pain relief you get.
Don’t forget the body cleanses with the Complete Cleanse Kit, because if nothing else helps it probably means your body is storing toxins. Go through your liver cleanse, your gallbladder cleanse, your parasite and your viral cleanse. All these things will bring relief, and bring benefit to you. If nothing is working, these cleanses sometimes is the only thing you can do to stimulate the body in the right direction so that healing can be brought to those joints. Keep in mind you need that pH to be up, and you do whatever you have to do to get that pH up so that the brain does not continue to rob Calcium and nutrients from the bone and the joints in order to feed the rest of the body.
Let’s re-cap on some of the products that I mentioned. Complete Body Balance Kit, the Complete Cleanse Kit, some extra vitamins and minerals being Boron, Vitamin D, Molybdenum, Sulfur, fish oil or cod liver oil, apple cider vinegar, and that’s preferably raw apple cider vinegar, Gold, Indium, Knox gelatin, extra Vitamin C, and extra Vitamin E. I also mentioned some cold pressed olive oil, and for those severe cases, a Vitamin B-3 form called niacinamide that’s a non-flushing for the very serious pain cases.
